Subscription & No-Refund Policy

At The Beyond Esthetics, we are devoted to creating a supportive, elevated space for growth, education, and connection. We lead with care, intention, and respect for both our community and the energetic exchange that exists within our offerings.

To honor this container and the integrity of what we’ve built together, we ask that all members review the following policies:

All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate access and value provided within our offerings, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Membership subscriptions

Continuing education courses

Digital products

Merchandise

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or applied toward any other offer, including private coaching or future programs.

Subscription & Billing Terms
The Beyond Esthetics Membership is offered as a monthly subscription. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same date each month as your original enrollment.

By joining, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for managing your subscription and recurring billing.

Cancellations & Pausing Your Membership
We understand that your needs and seasons may shift, and we offer flexibility within your membership:

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

Pausing: You may choose to pause your membership. During this time, billing is paused and access is temporarily placed on hold until you return.

All cancellations or pauses must be completed prior to your next billing date. Changes made after a payment has processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Access to the Membership
You will continue to have full access to the membership, content, and community through the remainder of your paid billing period. Once your subscription ends or is paused, access will be removed until reactivation.

Digital Content Policy
All digital content, courses, and materials are considered delivered and accessed upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable.

Honoring the Policy
We approach this work with compassion and understanding, and we recognize that life happens. At the same time, maintaining clear and consistent boundaries allows us to serve our entire community at the highest level.

For this reason, this policy is upheld in all circumstances, including:

Missed or forgotten cancellations

Unused time within the membership

Personal, business, or financial changes

We deeply appreciate your respect and understanding.

Failed Payments & Account Status
If a payment cannot be processed, access to the membership may be temporarily paused until the billing issue is resolved.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate removal from the membership and revocation of access to all content and offerings.
